Your shipments

To reduce and prevent pick-up traffic, all freight companies are required to make an appointment 24 hours prior to arriving at our warehouse. All shipments are F.O.B. from our warehouse and or shipped Freight Collect. Oversized items, and items with glass, mirror or marble cannot be shipped via Parcel Service (i.e. UPS, FedEx, etc.).

ALL Shipping costs and fees are the customer's responsibility. Best Master Furniture does NOT handle any shipping logistics, which includes scheduling pick ups, creating labels or BoL's , and/or providing shipping quotes.  Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Return Policy


Claims for any defects or omissions in shipments must be made in writing within 72 hours of your receipt of the goods. Failure to give Best Master Furniture a written notice within 72 hour period after receipt shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods delivered. Any installment shipment of goods that you retain for a period of 72 hours shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods contained in the installment. If you elect to reject any of the goods, you agree to notify us of such rejection in writing within 72 hours of your receipt of the goods, and agree to reship the goods to Best Master Furniture in its original packaging and condition at your expense within 96 hours after such rejection, otherwise your acceptance of the goods shall be irrevocable and conclusively presumed.

A restocking fee will be applied to goods rejected/returned for credit. $25.00 minimum charge or 20%, whichever is greater, excluding shipping fee. NO CASH REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. Company credit will be issued. Pictures are required to claim damage/defective merchandise with a copy of the invoice and RMA Form. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS. We reserve the right to examine and inspect all defective or damaged goods before deciding to either issue credit, replace or repair the goods (at our discretion).

All returned shipments must be freight prepaid. Any claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be made through the freight carrier. Best Master Furniture is not liable for any shipping costs. Customer is liable for ALL SHIPPING FEES. All defective goods that are returned to Best Master Furniture must be packed in the original boxes with original packaging materials without any writing on the box.  Assembled and/or previously displayed goods will not be accepted for return, refund, credit or exchange. Best Master Furniture will not accept or honor charge-backs, debits, returns, offsets, deductions, or claims without Best Master Furniture’s written consent. We ask you to exercise common business courtesy and notify us of any issues so that we have the opportunity to address your concerns and amicably reach a solution. End users must contact the dealers for service. Best Master Furniture is a wholesaler and does not deal with end users directly.
